Static residential proxies support username/password authentication. Before using static residential proxies, please ensure that you have purchased the corresponding package. Important Notes:
Purchased Static IPs are added to your available quota and remain valid indefinitely until they are allocated and activated.
Your available quota will decrease after an IP is successfully extracted and allocated.
Go to the Static IP List to view your extracted IPs.
How to Use: ① Go to Dashboard - “Static Residential” ② On the “Extract IP” page, view your “Available Quota”, this shows the number of IPs remaining for extraction under your current package. (If your available quota are 0, please purchase the required static IPs for your desired location and quantity first.)

③ First, under the “Select Region” step, check the country/region you wish to extract, or select “Aallocate All”.

④ Next, select your preferred IP subnet/netblock (or choose random allocation by the system), enter the desired IP Quantity, and click next to proceed to “Confirm Allocation”.
Note: If the stock of your specified IP subnet is less than (<) your available quota, you can only extract up to the maximum available stock.

⑤ Verify your extraction information, then click “Confirm & Aallocate IPs” once confirmed.
“Quota to be Consumed” refers to the number of available IP quota used for this specific extraction.
“Target Region” refers to the total number of regions you selected during the “Select Region” step.

⑥ IP extraction takes about 1-2 minutes. Upon success, your available quota will be deducted accordingly. You can then view the extracted IP addresses in the [Static IP List] and copy their “Proxy Command”. Paste the copied command into your application or tool to complete the configuration.

⑦ To configure the IP on a mobile device, click “QR Code” > “View”, then use the corresponding app to scan the code and start using it.
