I. Before You Start

1. Download and Installation

Download and install the LokiProxy client from the pricing page or the dashboard.
Log in using your registered email address. If you signed up via Google one-click login, please set a password in the dashboard first before logging in to the client.

2. Check Your Local Network Environment

After launching the LokiProxy client, first check your local IP address. If it shows a non–Mainland China IP, your network environment can use the client normally.

3. Billing Information

  • Billed per IP: Each extracted IP consumes 1 IP credit.
  • No charge for reuse within 24 hours: The same IP can be reused multiple times within 24 hours without additional cost.
  • IP credits do not expire: Unused IP credits in your plan remain valid indefinitely.

II. Getting Started

1. Select the Required IPs from the IP Pool

The IP Pool displays 100 available residential IPs by default. After scrolling down to load, an additional 100 data entries will be shown. You can click the Refresh button to reload the current IP pool. IP extraction is supported through the following three methods:

(1)Forward Port

  • Right-click on an IP and select an available port to bind
  • After successful binding, the IP can be viewed and used in [Forwards]
Once an IP is forwarded to a port, 1 IP credit is consumed. The same IP will not be charged again within the next 24 hours

(2)Batch Forwarding

  • Click [Batch Forwarding]
  • Enter the number of IPs to forward in the pop-up window (maximum 100 per batch)
  • Click [Start Batch Forwarding], and the system will bind ports sequentially
If the batch quantity exceeds the remaining IP credits, the operation cannot be completed

(3)Proxy to Process

  • Select an IP from the list
  • Right-click to assign the proxy to a specific application
The application must be added in [Program Proxy] in advance (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

2. View Extracted IPs

(1)View via [24-Hour List]

Successfully bound IPs will appear in the [24-Hour List]. Within 24 hours, as long as the IP status is [Online], it can be reused without additional charges. After 24 hours, the IP will be automatically removed from the list.

(2)View via [Forwards]

All IPs that have been bound to ports are displayed in this list. Click or right-click an IP to copy the local address + port, which can be directly pasted into third-party proxy tools
After closing the client, all bound ports will be released. To continue using the IP, you need to rebind it to a port from the [24-Hour List]

III. Other Features

1. Program Proxy

The Program Proxy feature allows proxy IPs to be applied directly to specific applications without manual configuration.

(1)Smart Import

  • Click [Smart Import]
  • The client will automatically scan your computer for installed browsers and add them

(2)Add Program

  • Click [Add Program]
  • Select the corresponding application’s .exe file from your local system to complete the setup

(3)Use Program Proxy

  • Click an added program and select [Start APP]
  • Choose a proxy IP in the pop-up window (from the IP Pool / 24-Hour List / Port Forwards)
If an IP is selected directly from the IP Pool, 1 IP credit will be deducted immediately
